Swingtap Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Swingtap (swingtap.fun), including paid access to Platform features/services and physical add-ons (including NFC-enabled accessories). This policy is incorporated into the Swingtap Terms of Use.

Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

1. Platform Access and Digital Services

Fees paid for access to the Platform or any digital services are non-refundable once access has been granted (including where you have created an account, activated access, or used any portion of the Platform). Swingtap does not provide prorated refunds for unused time or non-use.

2. Physical Add-Ons (Returns and Refunds)

If you purchase a physical add-on from Swingtap, you may request a return subject to the conditions below:

Eligibility Window:

  • Return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of delivery.

Condition Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging (including all accessories and inserts).
  • For hygiene/safety and anti-tampering reasons, Swingtap may refuse returns for items that appear used, damaged by the customer, missing components, or not in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if designated at checkout).
  • Personalized or custom items (if offered).
  • Items returned outside the eligibility window.

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping/handling fees (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect or an error by Swingtap.

Refund Timing:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Processing times may vary based on payment processor/bank timelines.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your physical add-on arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at sales@swingtap.fun within seven (7) days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Where verified, we will provide a replacement or, at our discretion, a refund or credit.

4. Order Cancellation (Physical Goods)

If you need to cancel an order for a physical add-on, contact us at sales@swingtap.fun as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel it. If the order has already shipped, it must be handled under the return process described above.

5. Charge Disputes, Fraud, and Billing Errors

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact us at sales@swingtap.fun promptly with transaction details. We may request additional information to investigate and resolve the issue. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or limit access associated with suspected fraud, abuse, or repeated chargebacks.

6. Discretionary Credits or Exceptions

Swingtap may, in its sole discretion, issue a partial refund, full refund, or account credit in limited circumstances (for example, duplicate charges, verified technical errors, or verified fulfillment issues). Any such resolution does not create an obligation to provide refunds in the future.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
